Incline Concierge provides private property oversight, arrival preparation, and concierge services exclusively for invited clients. Access to the homeowner portal is by invitation only and requires a valid account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
Access to the homeowner portal is granted by invitation at our sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Incline Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.
